World Resorts Miami is only a few years away from reality – with or without the State’s approval of a casino operation. This $3BB development in Downtown Miami is potentially one of the biggest “shots in the arm” that can ever happen in Miami. Sure, now the big ol’ trucks will roll past the Casino thanks to the new tunnel, but we hope that won’t upset our world visitors.
If we think that Miami is a tourist destination now – this will seal the deal with nearly incomprehensible impact on our community. Of course everyone at the Venetia is curious just how this gigantic development will proceed without affecting our quality of life, ensnarling traffic and potentially covering our balconies with extensive dust and debris.
