Again – all scooters must be removed from Scooterville Thursday, September 27th by 8am and cannot return until Monday, October 1st at 5pm.
Be sure to attend the Assessment Committee Meeting this Sunday, September 30, 2007 at 3:00 pm in the 2nd Floor Mezzanine Meeting Room.
Pickup information packet at the front desk or email the Management Office for a copy.
The Venetia wants to communicate with their residents in the easiest mode for all - and it’s even faster when you get it by email. Especially for those who do not live in the building, receiving updates and notifications by email is the fastest and most convenient method we can imagine - and email is used by nearly everyone!
If you would be so kind to stop by the front desk, forms are available for completion to update our records with your email address and also to confirm the phone contact information on file. This information will be used by the association only for building-related issues and developments beyond the monthly updates in the Venetia Voice.
Thanks for helping us help you!
You can also download the form for completion and drop if off at the front desk or management office anytime by clicking here.
Realizing many of our unit owners are not available to participate in the tours being conducted to show the building’s current state and the various projects requiring our attention, Venetia Online in collaboration with the Venetia Management will be filming and posting a video walk-through so it can be viewed by everyone interested.
This video walk through will include narration by our Head Engineer and provide insight into the various projects throughout the building.
So, stay tuned!
