Amendments Explained

Proposed AmendmentsThe following is a message from Stacey Stokes, Vice President, Venetia Condo Association Board of Directors regarding the upcoming vote and bylaw changes.

Dear Venetia Owners:

I have prepared these amendments with the help of our attorneys at Becker & Poliakoff to start correcting conflicts and ambiguities in our documents. Some of them will not affect residents today, but will give us a stronger association over the coming years. We cannot make these changes without getting votes and proxies from at least two-thirds of the unit owners, so please don’t put it aside. The electricity generated by the array will be the equivalent used by more than 900 homes during the daytime.’

People seem to be turning to solar more and more - solar water heaters for pools and even home water are becoming quite popular. I’m very happy to see one of our neighbors taking a step forward in these times when we need to not only conserve energy, but develop and utilize alternative means of power generation.
