Dear Neighbors and Friends,
First, I want to say a special thank you for those who attended the Board meeting last week. It was difficult meeting, many issues were raised and clearly many of you have concerns that are not being addressed. A Board meeting is by definition a “working� meeting and is not the best forum for new questions or for deep discussion of crucial issues.
I’ d like to talk to all of you, face to face if possible, in a series of town meetings, starting this Tuesday and Thursday evening at 7 pm in the 2nd floor meeting room, and continuing next Tuesday as well. The topic for this Tuesday is “Management Review�. We will have enough time for any and all questions in this type of forum, and a chance to really listen to you all.

This building, and most of all, our quality of life here, has been my true passion for this past year as your Board President, and even before, as many of you may know.
I think it is really important that I hear from each of you directly. We cannot afford I believe, to lose the gains we have made in the last year. While we continue to have our share of troubles and concerns, we have been able to forge through and continue to increase not only our building services, but each and every investment in the building.
It concerns me greatly that many of you feel your needs are not being addressed and I want to ensure that each and every concern can be voiced and discussed.
Please take a few minutes to give me a call or email or attend the upcoming town meetings. All of your issues and concerns are important to me and I want your voice to be heard.
