The scheduled Town Meeting tomorrow night, Thursday is about legality and legal questions,information concerning the proposed amendments, about our docs, changes in maintenance, assessments, and all processes and procedures that are part of Condo life.
The really big news is that we will have our attorney at our disposal for this meeting.
In a rare “Ask Your Legal Questions about the Venetia Docs” session with our Becker and Poliakoff attorney, Annette Strauch (who helped draft our Proposed Amendments) will answer owners and residents questions about our amendments, docs and more!
This will be great open time, to ask all about the reasons for the amendments we are about to vote on, and the “studio issues”, Board Election issues, plus any other legal questions relevant to our Association Life.
Thursday 7 PM in the 2nd floor meeting room.
NOTE: This meeting will be videotaped by VenetiaOnline.com. Individuals who do not wish to be seen on the video should sit on the far right rear side of the room.
