Please be advised that the roof project with WeatherGuard Industrial Roofing has commenced and will continue for the next six weeks until completion.

Due to the rainy season and hurricane season in progress, we are on an aggressive work schedule to complete the project as soon as possible.

The work schedule for the next six week will be as follows:

    7:00 a.m. – sundown (approx. 7:00 p.m.) Monday thru Friday
    9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday

First and foremost, I sincerely apologize for the noise that you may experience. The work may generate some noise and impart some vibration into the structure, intermittently. The roofing company will certainly attempt to keep disruptions to a minimum, but again, some noise and vibration will be experienced.

I understand the inconvenience this schedule may cause you; however due to the urgency of the roof repairs, for the safety of our residents, this is something that could not wait to start later in the day as it would take longer to finish and increase project costs, so it is imperative that we work aggressively and time is of essence. The end result — very soon we will have a brand new roof at Venetia!
