A Tropical Storm advisory has been issued for the South Florida area, which includes the Florida Keys from Craig Key westward to the Dry Tortugas… including Florida Bay. Tropical Storm Fay (50 mph) is spinning WNW along the south coast of Cuba and is expected to threaten Florida by late tomorrow.

For your safety please listen to the radio and/or TV reports for further information. Please prepare early for any possible developments.

BE SURE TO:

1. Remove all furniture and loose objects from balconies.
2. Close your hurricane shutters.

Do not delay in your preparation!

Our Staff will be busy conducting preparations starting early Monday morning at 7:30 a.m. Maintenance staff will remove all pool furniture; will check all the rooftop drains and scoffers and secure all the rooftop access doors and hatches; inspect mechanical equipment and check generator fuel level. Staff will also be assured that the elevators and emergency lighting, garage gates, and entry systems are also connected to the emergency generator. Since so much preparation is required to keep your building safe and secure in the event of a threatening storm and/or hurricane; please realize that there is no guarantee that management or Association personnel will be available to handle any preparations on behalf of individual owners, as first priority must be given to the preparations of the common properties of the Association.
