As you may know, Management sent out last week a “Census Form” to each of the residents at Venetia. It is imperative that you fill out the census form and return it promptly to the management office. There are several reasons why this census is requested:

1.Access keys and cards will be changed out floor by floor soon. You will not be able to obtain new access cards until we have your information on file. Having your information now, in advance, will mean you “do not wait” for the new cards when the time to receive your new one comes.

2.Unauthorized residents are living in the building, and even unknown illegal “squatters”, at least one of whom turned out be conducting criminal activity from the unit he occupied. Continue reading →
