As our building continues to experience financial concerns along with the rest of the market, our management have been working hard to review each and every expense, contract and service we utilize in order to squeeze out as much savings as possible. A compilation of these projected savings has been put together by our building manager to share with you.

At a first look (Thanks to Sharon and Fabie for providing this data!) we can see just over $100,000 in savings on projects, contracts and services. The hard work our new Engineer Ariel can be seen clearly through many line items where we were outsourcing service instead of performing them ourselves.
