Working Smarter Realizes $100k in Savings
As our building continues to experience financial concerns along with the rest of the market, our management have been working hard to review each and every expense, contract and service we utilize in order to squeeze out as much savings as possible. A compilation of these projected savings has been put together by our building manager to share with you.
At a first look (Thanks to Sharon and Fabie for providing this data!) we can see just over $100,000 in savings on projects, contracts and services. The hard work our new Engineer Ariel can be seen clearly through many line items where we were outsourcing service instead of performing them ourselves. Renegotiation of contracts also allows us to realize significant savings as well. Continue reading

Parking Garage Cleaning Project
Please be advised that Venetia will be conducting a major garage cleaning project starting on Wednesday, August 6th, 2008 at 7:00AM. This project will begin with the pressure cleaning of the 7th floor parking area. All other floors will subsequently follow.
Notices will be posted on your vehicle and a phone alert will be made the day before you parking area will be pressure washed. Continue reading
